I was talking with a friend and coworker of mine. He suffers from the same problem I have. We are both short and slightly cuddlier than we would like to be. We were talking and both of us found out that we were not accepted for extended life insurance through BYU because according to our Body Mass Indexes, we are obese. We laughed about it forever. Neither one of us feels obese. I just went roller skating with some ELC students and could out skate the best of them.
I checked my BMI. Its 36. I need to be 29.9 to be considered overweight, and 40 to be considered morbidly obese. As the two of us talked, we both set a goal for the new year. We want to become overweight. Some would consider that a horrible goal. As for me, I look forward to working hard and becoming overweight!

Sounds like a good goal! Shane's sister just did the same thing and was very happy to change categories like that!
Go for it. We should have a contest to see who can reach their target or loose the most weight as I would really like to shed a few pounds myself.
I'm on board. I would like to loose 30 lbs this year! I think I will go on the "eat only chocolate diet".
