Our condo

http://www.zillow.com shows estimated values of home. I don't always trust it, but it was almost always right on when we were looking at houses. We bought our condo for the price that it was listed at on zillow. According to the site, our house has increased by $3,300 since we purchased it. Either it is wrong, or Utah housing is continuing to rise at an alarming rate (like it did this summer, the condos in our area went up 10,000-20,000 from February to August 2006). So I don't know how accurate it is, but it sounds cool.
