Ben, the cats, and I think this is the most accurate description of how we view each other.

I said, "welfare recipient?!" And Ben said, "Yes. They eat the food I pay for, live in the house I pay for, go to the doctor I pay for..."

I really do view them as court jesters. They are very entertaining.

And I know they view us as slaves. We feed them and clean up after them. They expect this treatment at all hours of the day and night.
