Help me Win!

Help me win! Watch this video:

I am participating in a competition in Instructional Design at BYU. The first part of the competition was pitching our product to a panel of judges. My team won! For the second part, whichever design team gets the most people to watch their pitch video wins an ipad. Please watch our video. I get 10 points for every unique state or country that views it and 1 point per person. Please tell your friends to watch it too. The deadline for the competition is April 7, 2011 at 11:59pm.

One Step Closer

We are one step closer to making a decision about what we are going to do next Fall.

The only reason we wouldn't pursue this opportunity would be a great job offer outside of Utah. So, as of right now, our plan is to stay and get a Ph.D. We'll keep you updated on the job offers though.

A fun little Poll

So we decided to add a poll to our blog to see what the rest of the world thinks about our future. What should we do? Start a Ph.D. program? Work? Move into your basement, garage, or spare room?

Now, we are totally up in the air on this one, but we will make a decision once we hear back from schools and places I've applied to. And, although we value your opinions greatly, I doubt your vote on the poll will affect us too much, sorry. It's just for fun!

Class of '98 Reunion

I am by no means involved in planning this. I may not even attend. But, I received an email with a list of missing alumni. Brianne Hafen, the Craikers, Angela Scott, Brent Speed, Heidi Teig, John Hopewell, Brandon John, Miranda Clendening, Jeff Stephens, Kirk Spencer, and Emily Miller were among the missing. I only have Jeff's email address, so I already forwarded him the email so he can send his info. I didn't really want to post the coordinator's email address or mine or my phone number for that matter. I don't want y'all to post yours either. That would be a spam nightmare. So, if you would like the email, click on the GrandCentral link below, enter your phone number and push call. The call will go straight to my voicemail. You can leave your email address and I will forward you the information so that you can be contacted. If you know anyone else's info, you can leave that too.
