Aaron, Ron, Thomas, Jesse and I went mountain biking today it was a lot of fun.

Provo Canyon Raceway

I don't have any really great pictures of this bike trail. It is loads of fun. Here is the google earth image of the trail:

Coming down the gravel road, either user error or bike error resulted in some nasty road rash. I hesitated on putting this picture up, but you can look at it if you want to. No one is making you look at it.
